Starting at the main station, the tour takes us around the pedestrian zone to hidden details in supposedly well-known places. We discover disappeared swimming pools, the old synagogue, modern art and historical traces. And an Unperfect-house.
Passing the Colosseum Theatre and the Europahaus, we head back through the city centre towards the station.
Entertaining tasks and exciting questions await you at the stops. Who knows, for example, who Cosmas and Damien were, what they mean for Essen and where they are now? Or where the probably most beautiful selfie spot in Essen is? Or the Speakers Corner for public speaking? Find out!
